What was the highlight of Appart'City Collection Paris Roissy CDG Airport
Really nice place, staff needs to get more organized though.
Brand new property, beautiful place, well decorated. Room was nice, beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options (pastries, cakes, bread, fruits, cereals, yogurts…).
Since it was just a few weeks after the grand opening, the staff was not fully organized. We arranged an airport shuttle the day before but they forgot to book it. In the morning, we had to wait for more than 20 mn to get a taxi. Fortunately, we arrived in time n didn’t miss our flight but that was a major downside.

A warm, cosy reception area with the staff warm & welcoming, very helpful. Nice easy plentiful parking space. A thoughtful well laid out room with all you need for a short stay, very cosy.

Very good if you have early flight and looking for nearby hotel
Good breakfast, very clean and near to airport used Bolt app for taxi 13euro.
The room where not ready even after 3 pm, however I got the room on 03:20pm

What was the highlight of Appart'City Collection Paris Roissy CDG Airport
We will definitely stay at Apart City Hotels again but maybe one closer to local shops.
We liked the apartment, but wish it was closer to amenities like shops. Also We think information could be written in both French and English. English is a universal language majority of other nationalities do speak and understand English.
We were shown a menu but could not understand it, It was all written in French and there were no pictures to show us what the food looks like, so we could not order any food. So was a bit disappointed.
